So, how do you become a person of value? I’ve used this four-step approach :
1. Identify a Problem
Look around—what challenges do many people face? Whether it’s a lack of educational resources, financial literacy, or mentorship, find a real problem that needs a solution.
2. Create an Innovative Solution
Once you’ve identified the problem, think outside the box. What can you offer that’s different? Your solution should be practical, effective, and, most importantly, impactful.
3. Deliver Consistent Results
Success isn’t about a single breakthrough; it’s about sustained impact. Keep refining your solution, gather evidence of its success, and demonstrate that it works consistently.
4. Prove You Are the Solution
People need proof that your solution is effective. Share testimonials, case studies, and real-world examples of the impact you’re making. This builds credibility and establishes your value.
